Join us for a BioBlitz as part of the City Nature Challenge 2026. More information about the City Nature Challenge can be found here: https://www.citynaturechallenge.org/ We will be using the iNaturalist app for this event so please have this downloaded with an account setup. Once you've done this, you can join the City Nature Challenge 2026 project for the Greater Belfast Area (https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/city-nature-challenge-2026-greater-belfast) and then you're ready to! We will be meeting at 3pm at Sow Grateful Flower Farm. The idea behind a BioBlitz is that you identify as many organisms as possible within an area. This is what we will be doing, as well as taking pictures of what we observe and uploading these to the iNaturalist app to record them. Please come wearing sturdy footwear, as we may be working on uneven ground. Please be aware that there is limited parking at this event so we would encourage car sharing or the use of public transport/cycling.
